石油片系列

金刚石复合平面齿—石油片系列产品由金刚石与硬质合金两部分构成，是在特定的高温高压条件下烧结而成的超硬复合材料。产品可用于石油钻头，适宜中软偏硬地层的钻进。
钢盔齿系列

“钢盔齿”特点是钻进速度快、抗冲击能力强，当钻头钻进时，唇边用于正常均质地层岩石的刮削。突出部分可以抑制钻头钻进过程中遇到缝隙时的瞬间大幅度进尺。遇到破碎岩层时，球面部分可把破碎岩石撞碎或把破碎岩石挤到钻头外的岩石缝隙中，有效减少了钻头的抖动，大幅度提高了钻进的速度和钻头的使用寿命，同时能减少钻杆的瞬间扭力，提高钻杆和钻机的使用寿命，降低钻机油耗。
球齿系列

SDB金刚石复合球齿系列是我公司的专利产品，产品主要用于牙轮钻头，空气锤以及潜孔钻头和PDC钻头防撞齿，取代相应的硬质合金球齿，特别适用于超硬地层的冲击钻探。采用目前先进的技术配方和超高温高压合成工艺，并结合国内多家技术。原材料选用高品质级超细金刚石微粉，金刚石层厚度可达2-3mm，先进的合成工艺使得金刚石颗粒之间形成牢固的D-D键结合，使产品的耐磨性大幅度提高，具有较长的使用寿命。球面结构设计，有效的分散钻探时的撞击力，使产品的抗冲击性能大大提高。
金刚石与硬质合金之间采用特殊的结合剂，有效消除结合部的热应力，使金刚石与硬质合金层结合得更加牢固，产品抗冲击能力大大增强。
